Retrieval of the product occurs due to the following reasons:
Defective products
Damaged products
Wrong product/ Wrong
dimension
Customer not satisfied
with the product
A Customer has to
complain within 3 working
days in case of product not working and for other reasons mentioned above.
Complaints above the specified time will be entertained only if the items
holds warranty for one year. Please note that this is only for repairing
and not for replacing the product.
LSP will retrieve the product with in 5-7
working days from the date of complaint being raised.
LSP will call the customer before attempting for retrieval.
Unbranded items up to Rs.2000/- will not be retrieved but replaced under
replacement warranty only.
Customer to be informed the following incase
of Retrieval as a process:
1. Customer to keep the product intact packed condition which is travel
worthy.
2. Customer to write the nature of defect of the product in a detailed
manner in a piece of paper and insert it along with the product.
3. Branded electronics will not be cancelled for any reason but only
be serviced and reshipped. Replacement will be done only if the defect
is identified by the merchant as manufacturing defect.
4. Product which has National Warranty will not be retrieved and complaint
will not be registered but the customer care to guide them to approach
the Service centers.
REGARDING OCTROI:
Consignees residing
in Octroi Zone needs to pay the Octroi duty on demand from the Courier
( LSP) and take delivery of the ordered item.

Go to the 'Find Products' section on the left-hand side
of the page.
Click on a category you choose. For example, if you're
looking for Men's Business Shirts, click on 'Apparel'.
This will normally take you to a sub-category, where you
can make a further selection.
Go all the way down to the category of product(s) you're
looking for. In the event you click on 'Apparel', then
click on 'Men', then on 'Business Shirts'. You will be
shown a complete selection of all Men's Business Shirts
available on Sifymall.
Once you've short-listed a selection, you can choose what
you want to buy, simply by clicking the 'Buy' sign, next
to the product chosen.
For additional information on your product of choice,
click on the 'more' button before buying.
Clicking on the 'Buy' button will add the chosen product
to your shopping cart.
Using the Keyword Search
In addition to our Category Search, you can use our
intelligent keyword search facility, to quickly get
to what you want to buy.
Simply enter the name of the product you want to check
out in the search box at the top of the page. Let's

You will be shown a selection of products matching the

Each page in the mall will have links to other relevant
or linked parts of the store. Normally, such links
will be in blue font.
A link is also indicated by a hand icon when the
mouse moves over the link.
Clicking the 'back' button on your browser's toolbar
will take you back to the previous page.
Use the grey scroll bar on the right hand side of
your screen to move up and down through the current
page.
View
Cart
Clicking on 'View Cart' gives you the facility of monitoring your
purchases while shopping with Sifymall. This feature is present
right on the top of the screen. The shopping cart will display:
1. The individual products selected for purchase.
2. Price of each product and the value of the purchases(individual
as well as total).
3. Promotions/discounts/deals on the items bought.
4. Total amount of savings accrued.
You can change your mind, if you want, at any time before checkout.
If you want to postpone a purchase:
1. Select the product in the 'view shopping cart' page.
2. Click on 'Save selected item to wish list' - you can then
save it to any of your lists (see Creating & Maintaining Lists
below, for details on lists).
3. You can even delete the selected item, if you wish.
Persistent Shopping
Cart
Sifymall helps you to shop at your convenience! You can take
a break halfway through your shopping by saving your shopping
cart. Just click on 'View Cart' and then click on 'Save Cart'.
You can come back at your leisure and resume shopping - maybe
even consult a spouse or friend on a purchase, before actually
buying! What's more, Sifymall offers a unique 'Persistent Shopping
Cart' feature. If, for any reason, your Internet connection
de-links halfway through your shopping, don't lose heart. Your
shopping cart is automatically saved. The next time you log
on, you're reminded of your old shopping cart. This means you
can continue shopping as though nothing happened!
Change your Personal
Details
If you have a customer account with Sifymall, you can change
your e-mail address, User ID, Password & billing address whenever
you wish. Here's how:
1. Click on 'My Account' - This feature is present on top of
the page.
2. Click on 'My Profile' inside My Account.
3. Then make the necessary changes.
You can also make changes to your e-mail subscriptions, subscribing
or un-subscribing to our notifications, etc.
My Address Book
This facility helps you to maintain a list of addresses, especially
those to whom you regularly send gifts. This means you don't
have to enter the same address every time, you just need to
copy from your address book.
Tracking your order Status
Once you have placed an order and it has been accepted, you
can track the status of all pending orders with the click of
a mouse. Here's how:
1. Type in your User ID & password at Sifymall.
2. In the 'My Account' box on the top left-hand side of the
screen, click on 'Order Status'.
3. Then click on the orders, which you want to check the status
of and you will see the latest status of your orders.
There are a few ways by which you can track the status of your
orders namely,
1. Using your order number.
2. The last 3 pending orders.
3. Orders between two dates.
4. All orders.
Taxes, Duties and other Charges Sales tax Information:
Sales tax on any purchase on SifyMall.com is included in the prices
shown to you and not charged additionally apart from the price. Customs and Import Duties Information:

Our Returns Policy SifyMall offers a returns & replacement policy for items that

Delivery Times To find out when your order will reach you or the recipient, you need to consider the despatch lead time for the product (i.e. the time it takes to despatch the product) and the shipping time. The Shipping time is equal to “Time taken to procure the product” + “Time taken to deliver it” and this time period is mentioned on the item detail page of a product.
The shipping charges for all items are indicated on the item detail pages as free or extra shipping and will be calculated for you at the last step of the purchase process (the check out page) before you send us your order.
Shipping charges shown during check out are calculated cumulatively for all items present in your shopping cart.
Shipping charges will vary based on the following factors: i) Nature of goods (e.g. Jewellery, perishables & durables have different shipping charges) ii) Despatch & delivery locations. iii) Weight of goods being carried.
Shipping Duration The shipping duration for items in an order are dependent on the following factors:
Type of carriers.
Type of transport namely surface/air.
Items may be despatched from various locations based on where the merchants from whom they were sourced, are located. Hence despatch locations may be different for each item in a single order. Transit time may be different from different despatch locations to your order's delivery location.
Different items may require different duration for availability.
In case of Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, you will be contacted by our representative to verify & confirm the order details & delivery address details before the ordered items are despatched. This will add another 2 days beyond the normal shipping duration in case of CoD orders.
Please also note that each shipment of items in an order requires an adult's signature upon delivery.
Once your order reaches your city, you will be contacted by the shipper to confirm a specific time for delivery.
If there is any change in delivery address, after the order has been placed the shipment shall be retained at the shipper's branch office for you to collect. You can ask for a shipper's branch location nearest to you for picking-up the shipment.
In case of fragile (or perishable) items - at the time of delivery - please insist on opening the pack in front of the delivery boy so as to be sure that you have received your goods intact. Goods which are damaged or lost in transit are replaced completely free of cost as per our Replacement & returns policy.
In case of Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, at the time of delivery our authorised shipper (identifiable by relevant badges) will deliver the ordered goods to the recipient and collect the order value amount in cash from recipient. The shipper's representative shall also provide you with a receipt for the payment.
Special Handling: Many items that are extremely delicate (perishables like flowers & cream cakes) require special handling and will ship separately from other items in your order. These items are usually sourced & shipped locally from your city.
Part Shipments You can buy several items on SifyMall in a single order. A particular item that is out of stock or not available at all may not be shipped to you along with other items that are available off the shelf. In such cases there will be 'Partial Shipment' of your order. This means that you will receive only a part of your whole order. In such cases: 1. You will not be charged extra shipping charges for each subsequent shipment of items. 2. You will be informed in advance before each shipment is despatched to you. 3. You can cancel the remaining items if you are not willing to wait for the items to be shipped at a later date. You will be refunded for the value of the remaining items in the case of non-cod.
